WHAT'S IN STORE
Section 1
In the first 7 modules of this course, we'll explore the various types of water that people most commonly drink.
This section will empower you to have clearer discernment when distinguishing between various options.
Section 2
The second 7 modules of this course will focus on how to improve whatever water source you choose.
This section will teach you how to uplift water's quality by a range of factors, as well as how to optimise your own body so you can absorb more hydration.
If you plan to become a Beautiful Water Filter affiliate, you are asked to pass the quizzes at the end of each section.
So please use the workbook (downloadable at the bottom of this page) to help you take notes and reflect on what you’re learning!
WHY IT MATTERS
Water provides most of the energy that your body needs.
You don’t just function on calories alone.
The flow of water through cell membranes generates “hydroelectric“ energy, voltage that is converted and stored in the mitochondria as ATP and GTP, basically the cell's batteries. (1)
In fact, the energy generated by the osmotic flow of water in one single epithelial cell is over 10,000 volts! (2) That’s the amount of energy in a lightning bolt! It comes down to the quantum level - if you want to have a "high vibration", you’ve got to improve your hydration.
You're 70% water by volume.
And by molecular count, you're 99.92% water molecules. (3)
Yet the vast majority of us are chronically dehydrated! We need WAY more moisture in these bodies of water than we're getting.
But it's not a matter of just drinking more water, because you're likely to just pee the extra water unless:
1) It's high quality water
and
2) Your body is primed to absorb it
So first we're going to cover each of the most common types of water that you might typically drink.
Because Not all water is created equal
Bottled water, tap water, RO or distilled water, spring water, well water, they’re chemically and structurally diverse.
Just because it’s all clear liquid, doesn’t mean it’s all the same.
The chemical compounds, vibrational frequencies, and molecular structures of these different kinds of water vary greatly, and they all have very different effects on your biology and psychology.
In fact, just recently, a fourth phase of water was discovered. Beyond solid liquid and gas, this fourth phase of water behaves like a crystal in that is has a structured molecular pattern and it can store and transmit information like a computer. (4)
And guess what? It’s found all over nature and even within your own body! Drink this kind of water not only hydrates you better, but it promotes beauty, intelligence and longevity by strengthening your collagen, nourishing your cerebrospinal fluid, and lengthening the lifespan of all of your cells by supporting the cell membranes ability to absorb hydration and nutrients from the environment!
